How does it work? - By applying pressure to the turtles shell, it presses down on the levers inside of its body, which lifts up its feet, tail and head, causing its jaw to drop due to gravity, giving you a shocked little turtle!

Why does the product come in 2 parts? - To allow for both expressions, the shell must be able to sit on the levers without applying any pressure and change expressions no matter the weight of the item you put on it.

How do i put the 2 parts together? - Simply slide the 2 parts together and you're done! It may seem slightly hard at first but either rotate the shell or continue trying on your original side. Don't stress, they do slide together perfectly.

Our standard shipping option typically takes between 5 to 7 business days for delivery from the date of order processing. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing times.

If you receive a damaged or defective product,you must submit a high-quality image or video of the damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery or being deemed lost. You can then decide whether you want a refund or replace the product.

If your order has been in transit longer than 7 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped or issue a refund. We do not require anyone to return anything. Shipping an item back to the warehouse in China is very expensive and takes time so we do not do it.
